There’s not much left to say about Stamford, CT’s Lock City Brewing Co. I’ve been drinking there since before they started canning, and I am happy to report that their beers haven’t lost a step in the transition to their aluminum homes. And I LOVE this label art.
I picked up the Launch IPA upon its release a couple of months ago. It’s an New England Style IPA brewed with a blend of Columbus, Mosaic and Citra hops. It’s hazy, juicy and tropical, with a fairly dry finish. Really fantastic.
