No can? No bottle? No problem, the window sill is going draught today!

I’d never heard of Brooklyn’s Threes Brewing before yesterday, but it was opened by Josh Stylman and his partners Justin Israelson and Greg Doroski in 2014. Their mission is to make beer that’s good, and to be a place that isn’t just for pretentious beer snobs. Along with their own delicious beer, they also serve a good selection of craft beers from other local breweries like Grimm… and even Ab Inbev products and hard liquor. There’s also a coffee shop attached, and a @themeathook location, too. One stop shop for everything delicious!

As you know, I typically don’t put draught beers on the sill. I usually like to have a can, bottle or growler to display, too. The There You Go made me want to break all of my rules. For me, this beer was incredible. I started with a 5 oz pour, and eventually had two more 10oz pours. I couldn’t get enough. I haven’t been able to find much on this beer, but here’s the official description: “Lime Leaf, Pineapple, Juice Wolf, Powdery, Soft.” Juice Wolf! Without really being able to explain why, powdery and soft are the perfect words for this citrusy American IPA. One of the best beers I’ve had in a long time. Wow!
