We head back to Vermont for today’s window sill beer… or does it come from France?
Brewing and Baking have been married to each other for thousands of years, so it’s fitting that Zero Gravity Craft Brewery got its start inside of a flatbread restaurant in 2004. The first kegs were brewed in a small facility adjacent to the kitchen at Vermont’s American Flatbread Burlington Hearth. When they started distributing beer to outside locations in 2012, Zero Gravity soon realized a bigger space was crucial to meeting production needs. In 2015, this issue was solved with the opening of their 30-barrel brewery and tasting room on Pine Street in Burlington’s South End Arts District. All that space gives them the elbow room needed to put out more of their high-quality beer, which is good for everyone.

The Conehead is a single hop wheat session IPA that uses only Citra hops. The flavor is crisp, juicy, citrusy and very satisfying. It’s hopped just right: not overpowering, but enough to know you’re drinking an IPA. Also, the Conehead is lower in alcohol, so go consume mass quantities of it, like Beldar and Prymaat would.
