This winter weather we’ve been having lately made me want to bring the beaches of Montauk back to my windowsill!
If you want to maximize your beach fun, you’re gonna need some waves. Montauk Brewing Company has been making their delicious beers since their basement days in 2012, and it seems they’re really hitting their stride in 2017.
Today’s featured beer, the Wave Chaser IPA, is made with four different types of hops: Chinook, Azacca, Columbus and El Dorado. It’s sweet, piney, tropical and really crisp and refreshing. I know there’s piles and piles of snow outside right now, but this beer kind of makes me want to put on my board shorts and head out on my bicycle.
