Another bucket list brewery is getting checked off my window sill list today!

I’ve been wanting to try Magnify Brewing Company since I got into the craft beer game. Thanks to The NJ Beer Snobs, two of the nicest people in the craft beer community, I did! The New Jersey-based brewery has been kicking some serious ass since it was founded by Jersey native Eric Ruta in 2015. The most impressive thing about Ruta, for me, is that he did all this when he was just 23 years old. Not only is he making some incredible beer, he also makes sure his company is environmentally sustainable and gives back to the community. Pretty impressive for the now 25-year-old.

The Peak of Ripeness, which is dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin hops, is exactly what it sounds like: a hazy, hop-forward juicebomb of an IPA that’s absolutely incredible. The color is unbelievable, and the nose and taste don’t disappoint. For me, it rivaled the any of the best stuff I had from Trillium Brewing Company last week. Amazing!

There’s more magnificent beer on our Instagram, so check it out!
