Come in, Mothership… It’s time to beam yourself onto that Window Sill!

It’s been a while since we’ve had a Collective Arts Brewing beer on the Window Sill, but they’re still one of my favorite breweries. Their motto is creativity fosters creativity, and creativity yields delicious pints. The art featured on this can, named “The Hunter,” is from Marco Melgrati, an Italian-born freelance illustrator. Check his stuff out here: @m_melgrati. He’s got some amazing stuff!

Radio the Mothership was really good. It’s very bitter, as evidenced by the 100 IBUs packed into every can, but it was also intensely fruity. The Mosaic, Citra and Simcoe hops punch you in the taste buds immediately with that hoppy bitterness, but those fruity flavors of berry, mango and peach immediately rush in to subdue the assault. It’s a really wonderful balance, with a dry and bitter finish that makes you yearn for one more sip.
