I might have to move the window sill to Ontario, cuz we’ve got another CA brew featured today!

Collective Arts Brewing has really become a favorite of mine. It’s not just the awesome art on the cans, but the beer is really good too! This version of the Ransack can was designed by Texas artist Chris Celusniak. Celusniak was at a railroad crossing one day, when a train went by carrying a couple of waiving stowaways. Their joy made him think of a big happy parade, and so he painted this, which he says represents “a woman watching a parade of all the things that make a life a full life.” I’d like to go to that parade, wouldn’t you?

As for the Ransack, it’s another quality offering from the Ontario brewery. Maybe I’m just an hophead, but the combination of tropical fruit, mango and citrus aromas and flavor gets me every time. Galaxy and Mosaic hops shine through, and it finishes super crisp and clean. Another quality American IPA.
