The window sill is on fleek today! Is that something the kids are still saying?

If there’s one thing I love, it’s a good collaboration brew. What’s better than two kickass breweries coming together to make one gloriously delicious beer? Nothing, especially when it leads to something as delicious as the On Fleek Imperial Stout, which is the brain child of Stillwater Artisanal Ales and Casita Cerveceria. Stillwater was started by former electronica DJ Brian Strumke, and is considered one of the first “gipsy” breweries in the world. The Maryland-based company doesn’t really own any facilities, but rather they brew in collaboration with other breweries. Vermont’s Casita Cerveceria is a contract brewery, meaning they make their money helping other brewers bring their recipes to life.

This perfect marriage has yielded damn near a perfect stout. It’s viscous and creamy, pouring almost like motor oil (yes, that’s good), and the chocolate, coconut, vanilla and coffee flavors made me want to pour it over ice cream. Did I mention it’s 13% ABV? On fleek, indeed! This one gives the Prairie BOMB! a run for its money, which is a lot coming from me.
