Easthampton MA’s Fort Hill Brewery was founded in 2014 by Eric Berzins. Eric chose Easthampton not just because of its picturesque farmlands and open fields, but also because of the water quality. Fort Hill follows the German Beer Purity Laws for brewing, and clean water is a must. Their brewery looks beautiful, too!
The Jigsaw Jazz is a big, juicy, fruity and bright DIPA dry hopped with Citra. My can was a bit old (no date printed on it, either), but I still caught a lot of the wonderful qualities that make it highly rated. I can imagine that, had fresh, this beer is tremendous.
