We’re going green on the Window Sill today!

Every year, Founders Brewing Company releases a beer to benefit ArtPrize, an art competition in the brewery’s hometown of Grand Rapids, MI. Although Founders isn’t not known for its goses, it took the road less traveled this year. One neat thing about this year’s ArtPrize brew… it’s the first time Founders has released their special ArtPrize beers in six packs of cans, and distributed to all 46 states in their distribution chain.

As for the Green Zebra itself, it’s a gose, so you know it’s going to be a bit sour and tart. That being said, it’s brewed with watermelon and sea salt, and very lightly hopped for some pretty solid flavor. The Green Zebra is definitely a good summer beer, so I’m glad the warm weather is holding up here in September.
