We’re chopping up the Windowsill this morning!

Here’s a cool fact about Kings County Brewers Collective. One of the draft lines in their 1,000-square foot tap room is designated as the “Local Talent Tap.” According to KCBC, that tap will flow with “a fountain of fresh, flavorful fluids, brewed in [their] pilot system in collaboration with friends and neighbors from the beer world and beyond.” They’re rotational one-off brews meant to highlight the local community’s creativity and brewing talent. Pretty neat!

According to the dictionary, a hatchet job “is a fierce attack on someone or their work, especially in print.” I don’t know who KCBC is attacking with this Hatchet Job, other than the competition, because this double IPA is fierce AF. It’s brewed with Mosaic, Idaho 7 and local organic X14 hops, and then dry-hopped with even more Mosaic hops. It’s bright, crisp, hoppy and absolutely delicious. As always for KCBC, the can art is on point!
