We’re getting nice and shiny on the Window Sill today!
Although Omnipollo was founded in Sweden by Henok Fentie and Karl Grandin in 2011, it’s a traveling, or “gypsy,” brewery. That means that, although their recipes are their own, they brew their beers at locations all over the world, renting out brew space at established breweries. They’re known for their amazing beer, and really creative can art. Love these guys!
In Italian, the word lustro means “shine.” I couldn’t think of a better way to describe this beer. The Lustro is bright, a little sweet, very citrusy with hints of lemon, some grassiness and lots of hoppy goodness, too. This beer was so good! Trillium-level goodness!
