Like Big Daddy Kane said; “Ain’t no half steppin'” on the Window Sill today!

Radiant Pig Craft Beers is a gypsy brewery that was started by a loving couple in a Manhattan apartment about five years ago. We’ve had them on the sill before, but the big news for this brewery is that, according to their website, they might not be gypsies for long! More specifics will come from them soon, but it looks like they might have finally locked up an NYC space. Can’t wait to visit it!

The No Half Steppin’ (Denali) is the third release (after Mosaic and Equinox) in a series of single-hop-focused IPAs from the brewery. The name comes from the fact that they use tons of the hop varieties involved in the brew—over 3 lbs per barrel. Why so much? Well, “if you want to make a great IPA, there ain’t no half steppin’.” Truer words have never been spoken. This brew was solid!
