I love me some Colorado beer on the Window Sill!
Trinity Brewing & Evoke Fermentations is the latest brewery from the Centennial State to grace my sill. It was founded in 2008 by Jason Yester, and upholds the very CO-like tradition of environmentally friendly and sustainable beer production. Their taproom is built from recycled materials, they work with local ingredients wherever possible, and they recycle. Everything. When it comes to brewing, Trinity prides itself in reviving old traditions, but also experimenting with new ways. Love it.
The Hype Forager, in my opinion, was incredible. It’s brewed unfiltered with flour and oh so juicy mandarin orange. It’s double dry hopped and aged on tangerine zest. How good does that sound? This beer was amazingly juicy and hazy–turbid to the max. I’m definitely feeling the hype for this!
