Happy Mother’s Day from the window sill to all the beer-drinking mothers out there!
I don’t know about your moms, but mine loves her flowers. Every summer, she proudly puts pictures of her roses on Facebook and Instagram. So, for Mother’s Day, I thought it would be appropriate to post this saison from Two Roads Brewing Company.
The Roads Garden is part of their limited release Road Less Traveled Series. I first sampled it from the tap at a saison event at Two Roads a couple of months ago, and I liked it so much that I ended up bringing home a 750ml bottle of the stuff. In order to concoct this deliciousness, Brewmaster Phil Markowski used several edible and aromatic flowers, like rose hips, lavender and chamomile, turning a farmhouse ale into a unique garden-fresh experience that everyone should try.
