Is that Maverick and Goose on the window sill today?

Cellarmaker Brewing Company was founded in San Francisco by L.A. native Connor Casey in 2013. Unlike many breweries, Cellarmaker has chosen to abandon the “common concept of a set production schedule.” This means they’re constantly releasing different small batch beers, rather than making the same few beers all the time. This sparks creativity and leads to some pretty amazing brews, like today’s window sill goodness.

Danker Zone is definitely Revvin’ up my engine and beggin’ me to touch and go. The can art says it all. Hop bombs away! This dank-a-licious DIPA is brewed mostly with Nelson Sauvin hops from New Zealand (a bit of Citra and Simcoe, too). The resulting flavor profile is one of white wine and slight citrus. It’s Juicy, hoppy and amazing—definitely making me feel the need… the need for speed. And beer!
