Is this the real life? Is this just fantasy? Caught in a landslide, no escape from reality? No, I’m not just singing Bohemian Rhapsody for this write-up. That’s actually how I felt before my craft beer journey began back in February. Who knew that, just 9 months later, the Sill would have 200 posts and over 1,600 followers? Cheers to beer, cheers to you Window Sillers and cheers to SingleCut Beersmiths!
Is This the Real Life? is an IPA created with “new-age PNW hop varieties as well as a bit of NZ too.” It’s definitely a haze bomb, and a juice bomb, with wonderful notes of citrus, stone fruit and resin. It might taste like thunderbolt and lightning, but it isn’t very frightening at all. It’s just delicious!
