Modern Times Week continues on the sill today!

I really loved the name of this beer for Halloween. For those of you who aren’t familiar with the darker arts, a Hedge Witch is a solitary practitioner of the herbal arts—both medicinal and spiritual. The name comes from the olden days, when villages were separated by forests. The edges of those forests were called hedges, which is where these women typically lived. When doctors couldn’t fix what ailed you, you went to the Hedge Witch.

I can’t imagine there are many ailments out there that this once-brewed DIPA couldn’t fix. It’s hopped to the gills with Citra and Amarillo hops. Super hazy, super juicy. Just massively big flavors of citrus, stone fruit and tropical goodness. Another amazing Modern Times Beer creation.
