The Window Sill’s blood alcohol level is about Ten Fidy right now!

Oskar Blues Brewery took their famed Ten Fidy Imperial stout and aged it in Buffalo Trace and Heaven Hill bourbon barrels for “four seasons.” It’s the third time the Colorado-based brewery has released this beer, but my first time trying it. I’ve been sitting on this beer for a little while, but last night, I finally got the old stovepipe can—19.2 Oz extra tall—out of the fridge, threw it into my Fizzics machine and poured myself a glass.

Holy barrel-aged, Batman. This beer was intensely boozy, but also teeming with monster flavors of espresso, burnt sugar, chocolate and caramel, not to mention all that oak and bourbon goodness. The ABV is no joke, though. I was buzzing for a while off of the one I had. Really good!
