Representing some new brew on the sill today!
Syracuse Brew Brothers was founded in early 2017 by two best friends, Terry and Jeremy. They were eventually joined by Terry’s brother, Michael. I spoke with Terry, who explained to me that it’s a love of beer, and the family-like bond the SBB share that keeps them on their mission–to make great beer that they love to drink and share with the world.
The Hash Haze IPA is brewed with 2-Row, Vienna and specialty malts. The hoppy goodness comes from Calypso hops and Crystal hop hash (potent concentrated hops). The result was a pretty delightful citrusy, juicy, fruity IPA that I really enjoyed. I’m definitely looking forward to the next time I get some of these beers in my hands.
