The Juice is loose on the window sill today!
Stamford, Connecticut’s Lock City Brewing Company was founded in 2015, but opened its taproom doors during the summer of 2017. Co-founders Michael Bushnell and Patrick Casicolo have really put together a beautiful, friendly and intimate facility, and I highly recommend you visit it.
The OJ On Parole was my favorite beer from my visit to Lock City this past weekend. It’s incredibly juicy (of course), with some good carbonation, some tasty hops and a good malt backbone. It’s sweet, a little fruity and 100% delicious. This is one parole I’d surely love to violate again.
