The window sill is going on a space ride today!
I wasn’t able to find out much about the company behind today’s window sill beer. Karmic Daaru Company was founded in 2016, and their beer, the Space Komet Sitra, is brewed exclusively at Branford, CT’s Thimble Island Brewing Company. That’s all I got on them, but I have plenty to say about the beer.
The Space Komet Sitra is an IPA brewed with Galaxy, Comet and Citra hops, and I gotta say, it was pretty delightful. I had it fresh, about 10 days after canning. It was nice and citrusy, with a great balance of hoppy flavors, and very little bitterness. Tasty! The can art is absolutely gorgeous, too. I’m excited to find out more about Karmic Daaru Company and, hopefully one day, drink more of their beer!
